PREPARATION

For the preparation of 50g:​

• Place in a bowl, all the whipped cream mixture 50g.

• Add ½ cup of water or cold milk. 

• Mix with a mixer for 3 minutes at maximum speed or mix manually for 8 to 10 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached.

For the 400g presentation:

• Place in a bowl, all of the 400g whipped cream mixture.

• Add 3 ½ cups (830 ml) of milk or very cold water. 

• Mix with a mixer for 3 minutes at maximum speed or mix manually for 8 to 10 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached.

*For a small portion: 100 g of powder per 200 ml of water or cold milk.
