Add ½ stick of melted unsalted butter, ½ tablespoon of salt and mix.

Gradually add the all-purpose wheat flour, until the mixture is just right. Knead it on a flat surface for 5 minutes without stopping.

Spread oil in another container and let the dough rest for 20 more minutes.

Separate the dough, make balls, followed by making long ropes and forming a U at the ends, fold it twice and bring it inward, giving it the shape of a pretzel

Repeat this process.

Prepare a surface with butter and place the pretzels there

Make the bicarbonate bath: boil the liter of water and add ¼ cup of bicarbonate

PREPARATION:
